This cookware has been designed with the professional home gourmet in mind. With the tubular stainless steel handle that is designed to stay cooler for longer and heavy duty stainless steel lid, this collection is as much at home in the domestic kitchen as it is commercially. The optimal impact bonded base ensures rapid and even heat distribution. This range is oven safe to 250C and is suitable for all energy sources, including induction.
