Mepra – Inox 18/10 Stainless Steel 13.74 qt stock pot. Absolutely stunning piece of equipment. Still has the original closure from store, so I haven’t broken seal to look inside, but it has reinforced non-drip edge and graduated scale body, spot welding handles, mirror polish outside, matt polish inside. Knob on lid can be used for spoon rest, and when turned upside down, lid can be used as a trivet. About 11″ in diameter (16″ if you count the handles), and about 9.5 tall not counting the lid. It is a 13 Liter pot which is about 13.74 quarts. An outstanding piece that can be a fabulous addition to any high-end kitchen. Weight is just over 8 lbs on its own, but it will be carefully wrapped to make it safely from my house to yours, which will include padding that will add weight.
