Introducing Concord’s Mi Abuela series tamale steamer. This stainless steel tamale stock pot was inspired by mi abuela and her perfectly balanced tamales. This tamales steamer is made 100% with stainless steel. Handles, steamer insert, pour spout, etc is fully stainless steel. Easy pouring spout with max fill line on the exterior of the steamer means you can easily top off water mid steam. Our steamer rack is seamless and rests directly on the steamers grooves, this makes for easy cleaning. Our tamale pot also has a triply clad bottom, extra thick. This allows for even heat distribution and even steaming temperatures throughout your steamer. Comes in 2 sizes: 20 Quart 12.5″ wide x 11.25″ height (holds 30-60 tamales) and 30 Quart 14″ wide x 12.75″ height (holds 60-120 tamales).
