If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and provide the details. You are responsible for offloading your product with a forklift or some muscle. If you don’t have a forklift you can opt to pay for liftgate service. A liftgate will lower the product to the ground for you. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Sometimes things get broken or don’t show up on time, we understand this is frustrating and will do everything we can to get the problem resolved as fast as possible.
