All-Clad Copper Core Stock Pot, 8 Qt. This is not only a beautiful pan, after using the All Clad series of cookware, you won’t want to have anything else. This is brand new but not does not come with a box. PLEASE NOTE – This pan is first quality. There is Not a “S”stamped under the loop handle. But it does have issues. Because it is out of the box, there are some slight surface scratches/wear marks on the bottom, handles, rim, inside and outside of the pan and on the lid. This is a great stockpot, just a little worn cosmetically as it was a store display model. It was handled, but not used in someone’s kitchen. THE PICTURE IS A STOCK PHOTO. Ideal for cooking larger quantities of savory soups and stocks, this stockpot has high sides to help keep ingredients submerged during long simmering while minimizing evaporation and increasing the extraction of flavor. Five-ply construction of securely bonded metals: a thick, extremely heat-responsive copper core sandwiched between two layers of highly conductive aluminum with an easy-clean stainless-steel exterior and interior that won’t react with foods. Allows for the quickest heat-up time, maximum temperature control and rapid, even heat distribution. A ring of copper adds a finishing touch to the gleaming exterior.
