This is a pre-owned Viking Professional 7-ply stainless steel casserole or stock pot, 6-quart (5.7 L) capacity, including the original matching stainless steel lid. Viking’s 7-ply construction is their top-of-the-line design, combining multiple layers of stainless steel and aluminum for excellent heat distribution and precise temperature control. It’s induction compatible and oven-safe up to 600°F. The pot is built from heavy-duty 18/10 stainless steel, has sturdy riveted handles, and is designed to last a lifetime. It was made in the USA and is no longer in production, making it increasingly hard to find. Gently used, with some normal surface marks inside and out from regular use. No deep scratches, dents, or major flaws. Lid fits perfectly and is included. This is an excellent addition for anyone looking for high-quality professional cookware that performs as good as (or better than) many high-end brands on the market today.
