I believe it has never been used. I’ve owned it for a rather long time and just kept it in the kitchen cabinets. The pan does contain minor scratches – most all of them resulting from moving the pan around for many years. There are no “swirl” marks that a cleaning pad would leave. That’s what leads me to believe that I never used it. It is spotless and does not contain any scratches worse than “minor”, no dings, no dents, no cooked-food marks, no damage at all. I have to list this as “used”, but I really believe its condition is “new open box with minor scuffs/scratches”. There is no box. This pan is heavy. It weighs in at almost 8 pounds.
