Rare discontinued All Clad Cop R Chef 2 handled Stock/Sauce Pot and Skillet Copper. Super heavy and very nice. It is part of a set that we are listing separately. The last picture is the set. This sale is for the 2 handled pot and oval skillet only. Pot measures about 11″ diameter and almost 3″ deep. Oval Skillet measures about 7″ across, 10″ long, and about 2 deep. Over all 16 with handle. Copper exterior for precise temperature control, stainless on the inside, the brass handles look cast. From what I understand, All Clad started this line in 1971, with 3 rivets for the long brass handles, like this one. Sometime later, they started putting only 2 rivets to hold the handle. Later, they switched to stainless steel handles, and the line was discontinued altogether around 2012. These are very heavy pots and pans.
