It is a 18/10 Premium Quality Stainless Steel, and is BRAND NEW with TAGS! The inside has marker measurements which goes up to 9 Quarts, but there is still a little more room above those lines, and that is why I also called it 10 Quart because if any of you are like me, I fill the pots all the way to the top, esp when cooking something I really love. It measures at 7 1/2″ tall, by 15 inches from edge of handle to the other handle, and 11 5/8″ diameter. It also has the see through glass lid as well.
