Rare discontinued All Clad Cop R Chef 2 handled Stock/Sauce Pot and Skillet Copper. Super heavy and very nice. It is part of a set that we are listing separately. The last picture is the set. This sale is for the 2 handled pot and oval skillet only. Pot measures about 11″ diameter and almost 3″ deep. Oval Skillet measures about 7″ across, 10″ long, and about 2 deep. Over all 16 with handle. Copper exterior for precise temperature control, stainless on the inside, the brass handles look cast. From what I understand, All Clad started this line in 1971, with 3 rivets for the long brass handles, like this one. Sometime later, they started putting only 2 rivets to hold the handle. Later, they switched to stainless steel handles, and the line was discontinued altogether around 2012. These are very heavy pots and pans.

Vintage MONIX 5-1/2 quart stainless steel stock pot / pan with thick disc bottom with brass handles made in Spain. Pot has a flat bottom with no wobble. There are a few scuffs and scratches due to usage and storage but no dents. The brass handles are very tight fitting and do have some age related tarnish on them. The pot is 5″ tall, 9-1/2″ in diameter and 14-1/8 wide from handle to handle edge. It weighs 4 pounds and 10 ounces so it is very well made. Please see all the pictures for more details. Note: The pot come with a lid. Stainless Steel & Brass. ALSO INCLUDED 10 SAUCE PAN There are a few scuffs and scratches due to usage and storage but no dents.
