For sale we have a SALADMASTER 3 Qt Stock Bean Sauce Pot Dutch Oven and lid with Vapo lid made of 18-8 Tri Clad Stainless Steel. The amount of liquid measures 3 quarts. The diameter of the pan is 8 inches in diameter. With the handle this pan is 11 inches wide. With the lid this pan measures 6 1/4 inches tall including the knob. Without the lid it measures approximately 4 1/4 inches tall. Inside cooking surface is approximately 7-1/4 inches. We recently acquired pieces of Saladmaster at a fine estate. There is one micro small dent binside (does not show on outside) – shown i9n pictures. The pan sits flat and the lid fits like it should. This lid does have a knob but that is an excellent condition and the Vapo or ventilating feature on lid. The pan sits flat on a surface and does not wobble.
