If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and provide the details. You are responsible for offloading your product with a forklift or some muscle. If you don’t have a forklift you can opt to pay for liftgate service. A liftgate will lower the product to the ground for you. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used.
