Used, includes everything you see, handles and screws. A couple of the handles have cracks where the screw goes through otherwise they are in good condition. Vintage Rena Ware 3-Ply Stainless Cookware Set. This original cookware set is perfect for collectors or anyone looking for quality kitchen essentials. Lot includes the following. 6qt pot – with lid. 2qt pot – with lid. 1qt pan – with lid. 9.5 pan – lid from 6qt pot fits this pan. (2) 7 1/4 sauce pans – both with lids. Some bottoms are not quite flat but still sit nicely on the stove. Handles on the 1qt pan show signs of cracking but are still solid (see photos 11 and 12). Parts of two knobs on the lids for the 7 1/4 pans are broken but are still solid (see photos 13 and 14). The 2qt pan shows signs of burning on inside and bottom but will probably come out (see photos 7 and 8). All pans and lids show signs of use including scuffing and scratching but are in good overall condition. Colors may be slightly different due to lighting. All pieces are in GOOD condition with lovely flat bases with little evidence of pitting etc that you would expect in items of this age. Ideal for vitamin preserving’waterless’ cooking. Once contents are hot spin the lid so that a seal forms and heat supply can be turned right down to minimize power usage. 3 ply 18/8 high grade Stainless Steel construction. Parcel features: 1 small saucepan 1.5L approx 22.5 cm diameter x 6 cm H and lid. 1 medium saucepan 2L approx 22.5 cm diameter x 7.5 cm H and lid. 1 large saucepan 3L approx 25 cm diameter x 9.5 cm H and lid. 1 very large saucepan 6L approx 28 cm diameter x 12.5 cm H and lid. 1 large frypan approx 28 cm diameter x 6 cm H. 1 large dutch oven lid approx 26 cm diameter x 9.5 cm H. 1 melting pot approx 23 cm diameter x 5.5 cm H. 1 steamer insert approx 26 cm in diameter x 6cm H. The bodies, lids and handles are vintage items so there will be some signs of their age but these are very minor as this set has been very well cared for and is in GREAT CONDITION: FAR BETTER THAN YOU WOULD NORMALLLY EXPECT TO FIND IN ITEMS OF THIS AGE. The lid knobs are brand new, unused. 3 ply Rena Ware is suitable for electric, gas and induction cooktops. If you would like some high quality stainless steel saucepans at a very reasonable price this set will suit your needs as the items have lovely flat bottoms and very little evidence of pitting which tends to happen when sets are not well cared for. Please note that the melting pot is in almost immaculate condition which is quite an achievement as they are designed for heating over boiling water as you would do when melting chocolate and tend to get a little distorted on the base when subjected to direct heat and that has not happened to this melting pot so it has obviously been treated well. Rena ware has many excellent characteristics that you will not find in cheaper quality cookware: These saucepans are designed to make them ideal for serving food: the lid is inverted so that only the knob touches your benchtop and the saucepan fits inside the inverted lid and is prevented from slipping onto the benchtop so there is no danger of heat damage to the benchtop or table surface (see final photo). In addition the lip of the saucepan has been scientifically designed so that liquids being poured from the saucepans form a V in the centre of the pan and pour out in just the one spot so that it is easy to catch the liquid being poured and you don’t end up with a mess all over your kitchen bench or sink. Vtg RENA WARE 3-ply 18-8 Stainless Steel 11 piece cookware set. Please check all pictures and zoom on handles. Many of the handles are damaged from wear and tear, some cracked some corroded but does not impact the use. For the age the pans themselves are in very good condition. I have cleaned them withbstainless steel cleanser. 10″ double boiler insert 3 1/2 inches deep (doubles as a lid for 11″pots). 11 six quart stock pot. 5″ deep (10″ lid/pot fits). 11″ skillet 2 1/2″ deep. 9 1/2″ pot 4″ deep with lid. 9″ pan 2 1/2″ deep. With lid Some damage on handle. 9″ pot 3″ deep. With lid (shared lid) Some damage on handle underneath. (2) 7 1/4 pans with 1 lid. 1 has a missing handle and damage on other handle. This is the big one! A massive piece of vintage cookware. This one measures 13 inches across and about 6 1/2 inches high on the rim, I believe it is 16 quarts, largest piece of they made. If it’s your favourite soup and you’re making a lot that this is the piece of cookware for you! It is in excellent condition but for some dimples in the bottom, I can’t even fathom how the previous owner did this but they don’t affect its performance or use and the rest of the pot is in absolutely pristine condition.
