This hardworking Stock Pot is a kitchen mainstay. 6 qt plus capacity Beautiful. 5mm copper exterior offers excellent heat conductivity and temperature control. Aluminum core transfers and distributes heat quickly and responds rapidly to changes in heat. 18/10 stainless-steel interior won’t react with food and ensures foolproof browning and easy cleanup. Mauviel for Williams Sonoma Stainless Lined Copper Stock Pot with Bronze Handles. 6 qt plus capacity. Made from Copper, an Aluminum Core and an 18/10 Stainless Steel Interior. Measures 10″ in diameter, 5 3/8″ high and weighs 7lbs 10oz. It holds 6 quarts with another 3/4 to the Rim. There is a small amount of wear on the bottom rim from being moved around. I cleaned the pieces with the Mauviel Copper Cleaner’Copperbrill’, which most consider to be the finest copper cleaner available. I did add a few very very light scratches. I only add this to make sure that I describe properly. This is the finest copper cookware available and I believe that the new owner will be absolutely thrilled!
