There is prior use present with expected swirls, scratches, marks from cooking cleaning and storage. There is light staining interior and exterior bottom of pot. There is a dent noted in the bottom perimeter of the pot (see last pic). No other dents or dings. The handles and knob are dull but still black and without defect. The stainless is clean and free of any gunk or food residue. The pot does havea slight inward warp on the bottom; still acceptable for use on any stovetop because it does not rock or spin (as would an outward warp). If you have further questions pls ask.
